The customer service was really quite exceptional: pre-move day, as well as day-of confirmation and the offer to grab me a coffee on the way over! Although I did not take full advantage of everything You Move Me has on offer, (maybe I should have?) I was extremely pleased; wardrobe boxes were SO great, and the MUST of the mattress bag!
The clock was started when both team members were present: fair and honest. Extremely pleasant young men, worked diligently, effectively and cooperatively. Very strong, helpful and courteous and in good humour despite the super rainy and wet day!

These guys at You Move me are next level!. They showed up early with COFFEE!!! Not what I am used to when it comes to moving companies - We were incredibly impressed. The guys looked after our stuff, looked after the walls, protected the carpets with runners, and RAN from the truck to the housed to collect more boxes and furniture for 7 hours!!!! Tony J., Nick P and Matt G were hard working, professional and caring individuals. Thank you for the champion service. I highly recommend You Move me. And I almost forget, they were $1,000 under budget!

Need to move a piano up a mountain? No problem! Murteza & his team did move my Piano and the rest of my stuff up an impossible climb in WV. They provided a superlative moving day experience. Prabh managed the entire show remarkably. They certainly removed stress from what is usually a very stressful experience on moving day. I had zero issues & would use these guys again in a heartbeat. And I am very tough to please. One minor hiccup was I couldn’t find my university degree. No worries. Prabh returned it later with the broken glass fixed at their own cost. This was like my friends helping me. The estimates were spot on. Polite. Professional. Hard working. Bravo!

Moving home from North Vancouver to Victoria

The entire process went through without a glitch. The phone calls, the measureing the home and evaluation of what would be required was on the spot. I felt confident that Derek made the assessment about what would be required by physically coming to measure and visualize the objects and take inventory at the house.
Two very competent movers did the wrapping and moving carefully nd efficiently. Brought me a coffee on the way. Gathered some boxes at another location then to the house. They were careful and unhurried. Move furniture around upon arrival at the new Condo, helped us place things did a great clean up job and checking in with me.
