Gold Medal Plumbing And Drain

We hired gold medal plumbing for multiple plumbing issues in our home. They are working with us to fix an issue we had with sewage back up that occured after some of the work was done.

We had a major clog in our kitchen. Gold medal plumbing came in the next day to check it out.they we're prompt in arrival during an ice storm, dressed professionally and knew exactly where the problems was when I explain what happened the night before. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Service was exceptional, they cleaned up so well...everything was cleaner then when they arrived. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Called Gold Medal Plumbing to fix a hot water issue (lack of hot water). Jordan arrived on time at 2pm, and quickly diagnosed the issue as the mixing valve. He had to go out to source the part, after which he returned. Sadly it didn't fit quite right so he went out again and found the right part, installed it and also solved another un-related issue while he was at it, and ended up spending a lot of extra time to make sure the job got done right. Jordan was a star, and a gentleman. I fully recommend Gold Medal for any of your plumbing needs!!

Punctual. Professional. Available.
Last night, the copper water line to my fridge broke. Water everywhere. Obviously, I turned off the main water valve but it needed immediate attention. It was a Saturday night and many plumbers are not available.
But Terrence was! He scheduled me for the next morning! He was punctual and very professional. Problem repaired quickly and neatly.
Would definitely recommend Terrence.

My kitchen sink wasn’t draing I called Gold Medal to book an appointment. Jordan arrived assessed the situation and then got to work. My sink is working properly now, there was nothing to clean after the work was completed.
