Termax Hvac No Longer In Business

Purchased their rotor brush package on wagjag for a really great price. Last year I had to pay almost double for the same service from another company. I've gotten my ducts cleaned a few times so I have somewhat of an idea how it works. The rep and techs I spoke with were all so informative and explained the whole process to me. Really appreciate the deal they gave me too for the furnace and ac cleaning. Awesome service, going to be calling back next year!

Had a ton of renovations done last summer they came and did the duct cleaning and did a great job in getting the construction dust out of the dust! Will call them back after the next set of renovations this summer!

This is our second time using this company and they did a great job cleaning my air vents. The cleaning was efficient and thorough and we appreciated the advice they gave to better the quality of air. Was a pleasure dealing with this company again.

Termax was recommended to me and the service was great. The guys took their time and completed a thorough job. Tech was informative and gave plenty of advice on improving my air flow. Glad to have dealt with this company, will gladly be referring them to my friends and family.

I contracted this company to get the ducts cleaned at my factory. The
service was excellent. They called half hour before arriving (as promised
by the rep on the phone) and started the job right away upon arrival. Techs
were quite resourceful and professional and advised me on better ways to
clean my furnace and AC after showing me a before and after video of what
they had done. Highly impressed with their work, will definitely be hiring
them again next year.

Ordered the wagjag coupon after i got my renos done. Extremely great service, the guys did everything which was included in the package. I was mostly impressed with the before and after video inspection of my furnace and ac which showed me exactly how it was cleaned.
The quality of work was excellent.

My neighbour gave me the company's business card, so I gave them a call. Really great prices, I got all my ducts and dryer vents serviced by them. The tech Prem was informative and did a handy job in completing the service. The guys made sure to clean up after themselves and follow up with me which i appreciated. Recommend to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned.

I purchased an air duct cleaning package from living social for this company. Reasonable pricing and no complaints. I got additional services done too at the same time while the techs were here and they did an excellent job.

I redeemed my voucher for Termax duct cleaning from Wagjag and was very unhappy with service for a few reasons. Primarily the service technicians didn’t look very trustworthy and arrived in a non signage truck. They tried to pressure me into a furnace clean even though I repeatedly insisted I had my own contractor and refused to restart the furnace even though I instructed them to do so. The service was at rental duplex that I own and the one tenant complained of excessive dust all over her kitchen counters and stove plus the technicians left a trail of dirt on the floor from the door to the furnace area in the back of the apartment. I instructed the clerk that I booked with that I wanted the technician to report to only me (as the landlord) but he had the upstairs tenant involved. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!

In Wagjag it cost $89 but I end up paying around $340 (aircon + furnace) :( Very expensive. Not ready for that amount. They should tell us first that it would be better to clean the furnace and Aircon for additional $250.
