My City Movers

Movers were professional, polite and good natured. They did a very good job of moving all my belongings from Coquitlam BC to Abbotsford BC.

Vadim was professional at making sure the booking was confimed. The crew showed up on time but they also brought an extra truck as well as an extra guy.. which during the move proved to be beneficial, however can be an added cost to you. The movers were all friendly and helpful, however 3 of them were all relatively new to moving. The estimated time was off by 3 hours which only goes to show the unfamiliarity with moving. It was also hit and miss with listening as I had requested boxes to be put into the labeled rooms and about 70% made it to the rooms. My hubby and his friends had to finish this task the next day. Also they didn’t put together my couch again as well as put my daughters bed together incorrectly. I had to show them the instructions the day of...and it was still wrong. But, this issue was corrected the following day after I called. I changed my rating to reflect the prompt customer service from Vadim on this. Based on their rating, gotta say, I expected more.

These guys were terrific, showed up on time at our Pitt Meadows location, loaded everything up in a well organized and timely manner, took great care with everything! They held our stuff over night so they could meet us the next day in Vernon, and they arrived on time. We were running a bit late and barely managed to get here before them with their big 5 ton truck. Great job guys, would recommend to anyone!!!

Two guys showed up on time and as planned. Very hard working and customer focused. Even asked about taking off shoes. Set furniture up so I could apply felt underpads as required for furniture placement at new location. Very satisfied with value for money spent. Thanks guys.

This is the second time that I have used My City Movers. Just like last time the movers were on time, friendly and very professional. I couldn't ask for a better service and will always pick them as my movers.

I would recommend My City Movers. The movers worked fast, efficiently, and were very accommodating. We paid exactly what we were quoted. Our move involved two ferries and we were charged the same price charged to the movers - no extra costs (fuel surcharge etc). They also provided 4 movers for loading the truck (in fact, two more showed up after finishing up at another job). The guys were all friendly, jovial, and very professional.

Brian and Glen took apart furniture, they wrapped furniture, and moved furniture from one home to another home. They were efficient, friendly and didn't waste time.

rather scattered, but crew very helpful. A lot of stuff was missed, but all in all a decent move.
