My City Movers

We had a complicated move. My grandson and I moved out of a home in Port Coquitlam Dec 27th. Both of us bought homes but had different possession dates in January. My City Movers came and loaded our contents, separating for storage. Stored & delivered my grandson's contents to Coquitlam on Jan 11th, stored & delivered my contents to Maple Ridge on Jan 18th. Both moves went great and we were very pleased with the service and the gentlemen that did the move for both of us. It was the first time my grandson had moved and his packing abilities were challenging for the movers, but they were not negative or disgruntled, they helped him re-pack and pack instead, with smiles. They handled the difficulties professionally and provided great customer service. It made a very difficult change in our lives a lot less stressful than we thought possible. My City Movers went above the level of service I have experienced over the many times I have moved in my lifetime. I would recommend them 100%.

I am 85/90% happy with MyCityMovers. Nice people, easy liaison and arrangements.
Any issues were open to discussion.

Friendly and helpful. Very minimal damage. I would give 5 stars but they didn’t bring a big enough truck and (was supposed to be two 5 ton and came with one 5 and one 3 ton) we had to go back a couple times to get the remaining items.

They were great! Fast, efficient, helpful and careful with all my things. They took the time to wrap everything to keep it safe.

Wonderful ! I would recommend them to all my friends. The cabinet company had a delivery man they wanted to use but when I called him he was unorganized and not friendly. I called my city movers and they were super accommodating, organized, and very friendly ! Any contact I had with any of the staff it was wonderful and they completely put me at ease. The two movers that helped were professional and very quick. I will use them again for future things I need moved. Thank you again for above average service and not crazy expensive.

Brian and Glen were top notch pros that help make the stress of moving manageable. Even though I couldn't find some important items after the move they were available on the phone to help me find the items. No items damaged. Some items misplaced by a third mover but both Brian and Glen helped make that manageable.
