It was a simple job of replacing a steel door with a fiberglass one. The price was right but their service is terrible. The installation very was deficient, uneven caulking with very dark color instead of blending with the color of the door. New lock has never worked properly.
The worst part is that WindowRama do not respond, take calls or follow up. They took the cash and run. Warranty is nonexistent because if you pay cash they don't issue a receipt so they do not back their labor or products (RUSCAN DOORS) They know how unprofessional they are and how substandard product and labour they have but nevertheless they are still in business, I wonder why.
