We contacted Louis (owner) to remove industrious squirrels that had penetrated our attic and made a cozy den for themselves for the coming winter. He installed a one-way door cage for a week and the little buggers went away. However, Louis found several other opportunities for animals to get in and he sealed up all of them (loose flashing, siding, soffits, etc) very quickly.
We live in an area that has very high wind speeds and Louis tacked everything down that was vibrating and causing noise -siding, soffits, flashing, etc. Very prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Louis showed up on time as promised. He gave the maximum quote and said we can do whatever we choose. He showed photos of the damage. Naturally we accepted and he set traps right away. He then modified our fee a bit lower being honest that it was less than original quote. He was very nice approachable and honest. He gave a full guarantee

Louis was able to put a one way door (out) for a skunk that had managed to crawl under the addition. He also put permanent wire down to keep any pests out that might try it again.

Aluminum siding was visibly pulled back. Possibly I'd pulled it back while pulling down vines. Regardless, animals either did live inside or would soon. I called A-1 and Louis came when he said he would. He outlined options clearly, he assessed the problem and based on his assessment we were pretty certain that animals probably hadn't moved in yet. Accordingly, he provided the cheaper service of simply pushing the siding back into place. He could easily have given a more grim assessment just to get me to pay for extra work. Problem solved in about half an hour.

Louis was great, very friendly, on time and under budget. He gave me a detailed quote and arrived to do the work 2 days later. When I decided not to do a portion of the work quoted he reduced the bill appropriately without being asked. A lot of digging was necessary but there was no mess left behind and the sod he had to remove was replaced. A great experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone having trouble with critters.

I contacted Louis for raccoon removal from Attic. My neighbor told me that he heard raccoon noise from the attic. It's semi detached home. I called Louise because of his home stars rating.
I had no clue if i have raccoon or not.
He arrived on sharp on time as he promised. He Inspected the roof, also took video so we can see whats up there.
After thorough inspection he gave the good news and bad. we do not have raccoon on our side of roof area. My neighbor'roof is damaged. He had raccoon on his side.
It was damaged because it wasn't properly done. My neighbor spended $1000 for raccoon removal service from different company. Louis could have secure his whole roof for this much amount.
As we dont have raccoon on our inspection visit, he didn't charge me . Also he coach us about the raccoon entry and exit points on our neighbor's roof and how it looks like.
He also inspected my neighbor's roof and took video of it. We talked with our neighbor about his damaged roof. Anyways, my neighbor is planning to change his whole roof.
I and my neighbor was surprised when Louis told us there is no charge as I don't have raccoon in my attic. I haven't seen such person.
