Gord is knowlegeable and passionate about garage doors/systems and we couldnt be more grateful. He educated us, did an onsite visit to offer his perspective and advice which helped us make an informed decision with which we felt thoroughly comfortable and excited about. The entire team we dealt with from onsite installers to team members who answered a call-in were so helpful, professional and expedient. We are thrilled with our new door and system! Two servicemen came within hours and replaced the springs on a large wooden double door for $500 including tax and labour. Before they came, the office gave us an estimate based on our description of the problem and gave us good advice. We were feeling bad about treatment from another company that had quoted $1100 + tax and tried to upsell an elderly man for more work. We feel comfortable recommending this company.

We have had the custom painted garage door installed by Overhead Doors Burlington this year. Perfect customer service starting at showroom where John helped us up to the door delivery and installation by professional technician. The door looks great and works perfect. The only thing I don't like are the small gaps between the aluminum door's cover and side protecting brackets, but I think that is the factory issue. The company has a very nice showroom where you can see different types of doors mounted and working. Very good experience! Call John!

A cable on the side of the garage door snapped and I was unable to open up the garage door. (car was in the garage). I called a few companies and Overhead Burlington/Hamilton was the only company that was willing to send out technicians that day. They arrived within an hour or less. A big thanks to Kerri and the two technicians that fixed my garage door. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend this company.

Got quotes from 4 sources. Chose Overhead Doors (Burlington) as we had a really good feeling, and price was very competitive. No contest really. Other companies just wanted to quote and get onto the next, whereas Overhead door took the time to make sure we would be happy with our choice. We felt very welcomed in the show room. Gord and John were very patient, thorough, and EVRY knowledgeable. It was obvious that they have a lot of pride, and wants to see their customers happy. (A lost art these days).

The installers were great!!! Very friendly and accommodating. ( My garage looks cleaner than before they came)! Doors look amazing and work well as expected. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door work you need.

Overhead Door replaced our garage door almost a year ago. We love the door and the quiet motor! A few months ago we noticed a paint chip on the window insert and they came out and replaced it at no cost within 48 hours! Also, our key pad malfunctioned and they came and replaced it no problem that day! Excellent service! I would highly recommend Overhead Door in Burlington!

After a botched installation and repair job by someone else (not a company), I called Overhead Door Burlington. John was courteous and helpful and offered to have the job reviewed and a quote for me. The very following day, as promised, a quote was provided and arrangements made for a service call the following week - then on Saturday morning, a telephone clal indicating that there had been a cancellation and a tech was available Saturday morning - needless to say the service with this company is paramount and something unheard of these days.
John (a different John) arrived promptly and began the work - explained what they were doing, what was required and answered any questions I had - left the area neat & tidy and everything worked exactly as promised. AWESOME work and awesome service by a company that actually cares about customer service.
