I had Basco to replace the arch window on the door to my backyard. Simon made a very clear communication at the first place. The estimation was done by a super nice and helpful young man ( My apology for not remembering his name, sorry!) The new window was installed three weeks later. I contacted Basco to look at two windows that had lost their seal and were foggy. Simon came out and had a look - windows were unable to be defogged so we had them replaced by Basco. Simon was very good at maintaining communication until the windows were installed, the price was as he said it would be, and the installation was well done. Simon and Caleb put down blankets in the house during the replacement so as not to damage the floors. They also replaced the weather stripping around our door into the garage. I will definitely call Basco for future window repairs and replacements, and highly recommend them to anyone needing window service.

There was a problem with condensation inside the glass panel in the patio door. Simon diagnosed the problem and advised the frame had rusted and was now leaking. It was decided to replace the window with a blind inside. From the first contact to the install, Simon and his staff were highly professional and I would highly recommend their services.

We had to replace a sunroom that was approximately 30 years old. Following a couple of bizarre quotes from others, Simon was amazing. He was able to source replacement glass at a very reasonable cost. It took him a while to find it but it was worth the wait. We are absolutely thrilled with the new windows. We’ve had two occasions to use Basco and both have been highly satisfactory. One year ago Simon came out and defogger a window for us. No problems since then. This year we needed the cranking mechanisms replaced on 4 windows. Simon arrived on time, had the necessary repair parts and had the job done in less than 1 hour.
