Professional and prompt window replacement

Had a very positive experience with Basco Calgary Windows from the start to completion. The technician was polite and prompt and went above and beyond replacing the garden door window. He also fixed the lock that wasn't working. I would definitely use this company again.

main window replacement

Nine new window installed in 1950s bungalow.
Two windows cracked during installation. The issue was handled graciously and efficiently and the windows were replaced. The installation crew was friendly, efficient and did a great job, including cleaning the windows. The original quote was honored. All in all, a very good experience.

Fixed Window Hardware

Basco repaired 3 windows. They replaced one lock and two mechanisms and the windows work great. They were on time and matched the quote that we received. The two workers were professional and worked quickly.

Window maintenance

Basco Calgary changed a window pane, a window screen, re-caulked all our windows, and repaired window mechanisms on several windows. The Basco team arrives the day they promised and on time. All the work was done within one day. After they left we noticed a problem with one window. We contacted Basco right away and it was fixed the same day. I would definitely recommend Basco for any window work.

We had 6 glasses replaced in our home. Sheila provided an exceptional customer service and always provided prompt responses. The crew arrived on time, replaced all glasses and cleaned up. Extreamly satisfied with Basco's work and lower price than most other places we have contacted.

Great service by two gentlemen in record time

Moving & Storage review in Calgary

Called them on Friday at 1:30pm and the service guys showed up at 3pm and fixed the window in 30 minutes. Very nice guys. Id highly recommend them.
