main window replacement

Nine new window installed in 1950s bungalow.
Two windows cracked during installation. The issue was handled graciously and efficiently and the windows were replaced. The installation crew was friendly, efficient and did a great job, including cleaning the windows. The original quote was honored. All in all, a very good experience.

Basco repaired 3 windows. They replaced one lock and two mechanisms and the windows work great. They were on time and matched the quote that we received. The two workers were professional and worked quickly.

Window maintenance

Basco Calgary changed a window pane, a window screen, re-caulked all our windows, and repaired window mechanisms on several windows. The Basco team arrives the day they promised and on time. All the work was done within one day. After they left we noticed a problem with one window. We contacted Basco right away and it was fixed the same day. I would definitely recommend Basco for any window work.

Great service by two gentlemen in record time

Moving & Storage review in Calgary

Called them on Friday at 1:30pm and the service guys showed up at 3pm and fixed the window in 30 minutes. Very nice guys. Id highly recommend them.

This company provided great service. The mechanism to open and close my window broke and window wasnt closing. I spoke with a Basco representative in the morning and she arranged to send out a technician the
same day. The technician took the time to show me the issue and explain what was required and resolve the issue.
