Landmark Van Lines

I paid the deposit when Matthew gave me a very good phone quote but when I asked him the next day to put it in an email [I sent him what he had said on the phone as I recorded it] he did not respond. A few days later I called him again and he asked me to resend the email and promised to respond, but he didn't. With the bad reviews he received and 3 weeks until my move, I signed with another company and forfeited my $200

We arranged for Landmark to move our household effects from Saskatoon to Chilliwack, BC. We were told whatever we wanted to hear in order to get our business. For example we were told that our shipment would be taken from Saskatoon to the Vancouver hub and stored in a secure place until we took possession of our new home. Our shipment was taken and driven around Saskatchewan, Alberta, back to Saskatchewan and then finally to BC, arriving two days late in Chilliwack. When our furniture came off of the truck, many of the items were damaged, scratched and broken, many of these pieces are antiques being over 100 years old. This company is the very worst moving company that I have ever dealt with. They promised so much and did polar opposite of it. Do not use them under any circumstances.

I am very happy with my moving experience from Montreal to Mississauga with LANDMARK VAN LINES. So far this was my first time to relocate so i tried to really look around for the best service I can get while still on my budget; good thing i found them. My things were delivered to Mississauga all in good condition and on time. The call centre agents always made follow up calls sp big thanks to them as well. I would really call them again in case I will be relocating soon and I would really recommend it to everyone :)

We moved from Toronto to Fort McMurray in December 2014. We chose this company since they offered good price in the beginning but it almost doubled after they picked up our stuff. They first promised us 5 to 10 days for shipments and told us that they have a storage unit in Fort McMurray so if the stuff gets there before we get there it will be stored in their storage. At least that's what Matthew promised us when he spoke to my wife on the phone but later I heard that they never had a storage in Fort McMurray and when I told them that's what we were told by Matthew, the person on the phone said "I don't think so".
So anyways we waited 2 month to see our stuff and between then we were never able to get a hold of Matthew. He was never there. After 2 months of waiting and paying almost double the estimated price, our stuff arrived but not all of them.
The dining table arrived without any legs and my bike never showed up. My wife had 2 IKEA wardrobes and they were all in one piece, intact, at least when they left my door but when they arrived one of them was all apart, not properly disassembled but just ripped apart. The screw were never taken out to disassemble, they were still in the panels and broken, ripped parts of the panels were just hanging on other part. Now I can't even reassemble one wardrobe but it's ok because we have another one.. we don't even care at this point but what am I supposed to do with a table without legs? I emailed them because we don't want to have anymore conversation with them and asked about my table and bike but still haven heard from them. I do not recommend this company to anybody. If you're considering please take a few minute to read all the reviews.

It was a pleasure working with land mark van lines. They helped me all throughout the process by giving me the best quote and making sure all my things are moved safely and on time. ill definitely call land mark van lines again for my next move so im recommending it to everyone :)

I hired Landmark for my move from Toronto to Montreal. After getting quotes from several different moving companies, they offered the best price. They were always ready to answer my questions and offer their support whenever needed. The movers were professional and friendly. Overall I am happy to choose Landmark for my move and will choose them again next time.

It was my first time to move ever so I tried to look for different companies to get the best quote! I moved from Montreal to Toronto. Landmark Vanlines customer service representative were very friendly. The movers were very efficient because they came on time and handled all my things with care. I would definitely recommend landmark vanlines for the best service they gave me!

I would like to say thank you to Landmark vanlines. and all the ladies in the office who helped me out, especially my representative Crystal You are awesome girl! I planned my move about a month in advance and had my things picked up January 28th from Surrey, BC. The guys were great here and were cautious with my things which I am grateful for. I used their storage for about 3 weeks, just to find a place here and after I did find one in Kingston I called them and they scheduled me in for a next day delivery. Very quick process and they are on the ball in that office. Everything arrived in the same condition (THANK GOODNESS). Oh and I had carpets in my new place upstairs and the guys laid out some plastic cover things to make sure my beautiful carpets didn’t get ruined. Very organized and super friendly staff including the crew for my delivery. Thank boys enjoy that tip ;) If I move again I am calling you guy’s wahooo! Thank you Cemal and mark.
