We arranged for Landmark to move our household effects from Saskatoon to Chilliwack, BC. We were told whatever we wanted to hear in order to get our business. For example we were told that our shipment would be taken from Saskatoon to the Vancouver hub and stored in a secure place until we took possession of our new home. Our shipment was taken and driven around Saskatchewan, Alberta, back to Saskatchewan and then finally to BC, arriving two days late in Chilliwack. When our furniture came off of the truck, many of the items were damaged, scratched and broken, many of these pieces are antiques being over 100 years old. This company is the very worst moving company that I have ever dealt with. They promised so much and did polar opposite of it. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Your goods could have been delivered in a week after the date of pick up however you decided last minute to postpone the delivery until April 15th. Because of this, we had to change our whole logistics for that trip. While we make these changes, we had the obligation to deliver the goods of other people that were in the same trailer as your own goods. As I hope you understand, all of these inconveniences resulted the in the late delivery of goods for couple days. Please also be informed that we did not charge you a fee for postponement. For your damaged items, you have the right to apply for a claim, you can find this on our website.
