My husband and I hired Josh from Barzel Inc to rebuild our beck , put up railing and build a side gate for us. I have to say that Josh and his team were excellent in every way. They always came on time and were super nice . The work they did was fantastic and we are thrilled with our new deck and side gate. They also quoted a competitive good price for the job.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needed their services .

We had already run into a supplier non fulfillment issue and then I found Barzel's website. Josh was completely flexible and I loved their unique designs. They installed as he said he would on time and on budget. He came to our home and made us feel as if this small job was very important and was not defensive when we were hesitant about a large deposit, since we just had a bad experience. I would highly recommend Barzel!

I ordered iron railing from Josh of Barzel Ironworks. The railing was installed earlier this year. By early summer, the paint was chipping off the railing. I contacted Josh and after several weeks, he came and touched up the areas where it was chipping and left me a small bottle of the touch up paint if it continues. By early fall, I noticed the paint chipping again. I contacted Josh again since the bottle of touch up paint had dried up. After a month of frequent calls, Josh came out again and touched up the areas that were chipping and left me a can of spray paint. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Josh should had removed the railing and had the railing repainted instead of leaving me containers of paint for me to touch up.

When our buildings were audited by the city of Toronto and it was brought to our attention that the by-laws/code changed regarding the stairwell railings we knew exactly were to go. Josh at Barzel knows his stuff and gets the job done in a timely manner. I've used Barzel to upgrade the staircase railings in 3 multi-res buildings so far - totalling approximately 45 full flights of stairs being re-done. We've used them for sump-pit covers, drain grates, and balcony railings.
I've even used them in my own home for interior decorative railings and have recommended them to friends and family already.
