Easy Moving Solutions

I hired Easy Moving to help us move/swap out several appliances between two homes. It required navigating some weird, tight spaces and going up/down several stairs. The crew that showed up for us was so polite and so hardworking. They were able to move everything around with such ease, with no damage to walls, stairs, or appliances. Booking process from start to finish, and payment was very easy too. We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you again!

Easy moving helped me move long distance within Ontario. The movers were on time and worked so hard to get my items loaded and unloaded quickly. Everything made it to the new place in great condition, no damage to walls or floors either. The customer service person I dealt with, Emily, was very nice and helpful in facilitating everything throughout too. I am very happy with their service.

I hired them to help us move from a 2 bedroom condo into a house. We had to make several stops along the way to pick up items. The guys were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. They were exceptionally strong and fast, completing the move in less time than I had budgeted. Highly recommend.

To say this was a horrible experience is an understatement!
They showed up over an hour late in a rental truck and a piece of wood with wheels. They did not come in a company owned truck. Two men arrived a hour and a half later than the scheduled visit. Tossed all my belongs and breaking or scratching everything they touched and laughing about it. One guy smashed my planters and said,oh it could have been worse
They did not treat anything with care and I have thousands of dollars in damages.
The company is not insured and bonded when I asked to pay for the damages or discount the call was disconnected. I have a lot of items that are unusable. Christmas decorations, picture frames smashed. Furniture scratched, totes and planters shattered from them throwing them on the ground or against the wall. Not only that but the damages they caused to the home, dents in the walls broken steps. Instead of lifting a safe they put it on its side and slid it down the stairs breaking the stairs. They left in a hurry without me inspecting the truck and have all my expensive items not delivered to me. I filed a police report they suggested taking them to court.
I gave them my credit card information for the deposit upon booking they charged an unauthorized payment to my credit card that was no where near the original quoted price but well over.
I would not recommend this company any person ever. I added some photos and have a lot more but there was a capacity. So Ive just shown a few.
To say this was a disappointing experience is one thing but this was a nightmare
When you move you want to build a home with the items that you have worked hard for, inherited or items that your children have made you that have memories behind it. To have that destroyed and taken from you was absolutely devastating.

So here it goes ..... I’m not perfect nor is anyone BUT..... this company (ADAM -the owner) in question decided after trying to call us and email us less then 24 hours after moving our young single daughter who lives alone to her rented storage locker ,,,,
Decided after not hearing from the adults whose names (ONLY) were on the contract and knowing after our initial down payment of $150 were also the ones who would be paying the balance of $287.31 found a way to creep our daughter find her phone number and sent her this exact text message :

***We completed a move yesterday for which an outstanding balance remains owing. A negative review was also left for our business, which I hope you can imagine is unfair to a small business that delivered on its side of a contract. Should the balance remaining outstanding, it will have to be reported to the police and a small claims court action will be commenced shortly. We hope to avoid any such ugliness and kindly request payment as soon as possible (i.e. today) for services rendered.***

So he the adult owner not only scared our daughter he freaked her out enough she called us crying and worried what he might do especially knowing where she now lives.....

I don’t own my own business BUT.... most of us have kids and we know better when speaking with another couples child this is not right and very unprofessional and wrong from start to finish.....

PLEASE READ and reread this review and make your own choice for who you pick....

I also called him loosing my mind about the whole being an upset father and he then said here’s my lawyer (HIS DAUGHTER) who was very kind and very respectful and she was the only good thing from this whole incident .

I left one star and it’s for the lawyer not for the owners actions.

He the owner couldn’t even talk on his own behalf or admit he was wrong .....

These guys got my job done in record time. They gave me a good, fair quote too and i didnt get charged for anything on top of that. I am real happy with them.

work done as promised no upfront money requested and no additional cost . showed up on time 10 minutes late and act professional and polite I strongly recommend them to every one
