Thank you for your feedback. We insist our clients to leave us the best phone number to contact them so there isn't any such issue. The technician called twice and the manager himself left a message. Often in the past the service technician left messages only to show up at the property unable to perform the service because the customer wasn't home, that's why only managers leave messages as the technicians cannot provide a callback number. We sent a service rep twice the same day and offered to reschedule your appointment even though, if an appointment is missed without 24 hour notice, the voucher is no longer accepted (it's one of the conditions stated in the voucher). All this was explained to you prior to us trying to schedule your appointment for the third time.
We are glad you were able to get your money back.

We would like to mention that we have serviced over 200 homes with this voucher deal and had only 2 complaints about the panels due to the website not putting panels in the headline.
The deal is an introductory service deal to introduce our services to you, if you read the fine prints in the deal it mentions to contact the merchant for additional information. Even in the discussion board of Q & A we let clients know it was for 10 panels. The service was explained to you when you booked your appointment, the technician explained what was included to you before providing any service. Once you agreed to the windows that would be cleaned they then provided the service. You had the service performed and called us three weeks later to re-do the service. If you had issues you should have contacted us right away.
