We have wanted to replace five basement windows with new shades for many years. These windows were exposed to the passersby, those had been coverless for several years because we procrastinated as well and thought it would cost a fortune.

The kitchen cupboard door needs a specific custom-made hinge. Ivano fixed the medicine cabinet in a wink and offered to return when I have the customized hinges. (they need to be ordered from the kitchen manufacturer, Olympic Kitchen. As well, Ivano replaced an old leaking showerhead in a wink, perfection. My husband is recovering from surgery and can no longer perform handy work in our home. Yvano also repaired our armoire in our bedroom as extra work and did not charge any extras. His rates are super reasonable.
