Truly the best of the best contractors !!!! Superior quality work!!! Madhi and James came to our rescue and they delivered an outstanding results. This was an emergency as we were faced with 500 sq.feet of a mouldy floor in our basement (health hazard) and foul odours . They had to remove the existing floor and baseboards which was very challenging to begin with. In a matter of time, the mouldy laminates were replaced with top quality underpad and a gorgeous laminate. We have been doing renovations to out. 1943 bungalow non stop since 1994. We had our share of problems with less than honest contractors. I must honestly say that LHR were the best of the best! When I look at the finishes product, it seems like a dream, gorgeous work, it is perfect!!! Despite the challenges of this project, LHR tackled it and like magic the results simply stated: PERFECTION!!! Also LHR are the cleanest contractors I have hired. They left the site like they had a magic wand, absolutely no debris left behind! I am thrilled to have discovered them and will definitely hired them again for all future projects! Madhy, James you are AWESOME ! You deserve an award !

Even though, it was a small project, Andrew still accept to do the work. He is very personable. Excellent work ethics, very clean and shows respect for his clients. Job perfectly done!!! Highly recommended contractor!

Cornel is an awesome businessman!! He and his crew provided the best service ever. It was not an easy job, they had to dismantle this sofa hardware heavy (lazy boy recliner). They were patient and the job was perfect! They came to the rescue promptly, they were polite and efficient and the quote was truly reasonable. People skills, clean work, and genuine business people!
