Worst costomer service ever! Never call back when you need them too.... I have been in the house for less than 5 years and I have shingles and siding falling off my house and now they are ignoring my calls and probably have to find somebody else to fix my roof....I bought a french office door from them.... took 6 months to receive it from closing... if i had a chance I would buy from another builder most definetly...

Very pleased with all aspects of purchasing my new home. Sales , design, location, trades And construction were all proffessional and courtious. Our closing was two weeks early!
Three friends have also purchased in my community and agree best purchase experience.

I absolutely agree with the previous comment. The customer service is terrible. The contractors are nonprofessionals. We moved to our house in December and Royal Park is still fixing deficiencies from PDI. It's already May. They damaged hard wood floor almost everywhere. Broke granite counter top in a kitchen, damaged the bathtub. And it takes them months to fix something. When they changed the floor on the 2nd floor-they damaged 4 pickets. When they replaced bathtub-they damaged the tiles. And work they do is horrible , even I can do a better job. So we're going to request a conciliation inspection from Tarion. I strongly recommend to buy house from another builder. Save your nerves! I wish I read reviews before buying my house from Royal Park Homes.
