Sina Bathroom Renovations

We signed a contract in May 2023 to have the outside of our house painted and the job was to be completed by Sept. or Oct. Sam delayed until November and did some of the painting but then it got too cold and he had to stop. He was suppose to come in the June of 2024 to finish the painting but he kept delaying. Then he said he would come in August but when I called him he said he would not come to finish the painting but he wanted the rest of his money. Why would I pay Sam the rest of the money when he did not finish the job?
He cannot be trusted.

The worst guy I ever had.
First he will play you like your best friend and when he takes your money you will wait forever he will leave you for the dogs.
Worst quality. Any immigrant coming here thinking he can do everything and fool us. It's bad. Don't fall in to his hands.
