Microwave door no longer opened with the Open button. Faulty actuator. Went through my extended warranty and Valley View was given the claim. Part arrived quickly. Service was authorized quickly. Within one week of my service request it was fixed. Very pleased with Steve from Valley View.

Repair man came and was very prompt and organized, check fridge and told us what needed to be repaired, ordered the part and came back the next day to fix the refrigerator. Very happy with service, repair man's personality and highly recommend the company for repairs. Will definity use Valley View Appliances in the future.

Arrived same day as we called. On time. With the parts on board. Dryer is working again like brand new.

We called Valley when our clothes dryer stopped heating and they were able to come later the same day. Steve was professional and had the part in his truck! He said our dryer has many years left! What a relief to have it repaired so quickly. He also cleaned up after himself. I couldnt ask for better.

I had a separate contactor clean my dryer vent and the technician discovered that there was a potential issue with the dryer and recommended Valley View Appliances to further investigate. I contacted them and they were dispatched a couple days later. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to diagnosed the issue quickly, order the parts, and came back to install the defective dryer element. I also had Steve diagnose a potential range issue we were also experiencing and he showed me how to properly maintain the range. He also went beyond to properly clean the appliances while they were disassembled. Very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had, showed and explained to me on how to properly maintain my appliances, honest, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Valley View Appliances.
