I had a separate contactor clean my dryer vent and the technician discovered that there was a potential issue with the dryer and recommended Valley View Appliances to further investigate. I contacted them and they were dispatched a couple days later. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to diagnosed the issue quickly, order the parts, and came back to install the defective dryer element. I also had Steve diagnose a potential range issue we were also experiencing and he showed me how to properly maintain the range. He also went beyond to properly clean the appliances while they were disassembled.
