Online booking portal was easy to use and nice to have as it's the holiday season. Steve arrived promptly. He had read the service notes, asked a couple of questions, and within 30 seconds had diagnosed the problem. Luckily it was a fairly easy fix. He educated my husband and I on how to avoid a similar problem as well as showing us how to fix it ourselves should it occur again. And the icing on the cake....asked if there was anything else we'd like him to look at since he was here and had time. Throughout the call he was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable.
