Thank you for your honest review. Wished we could have earned a 10 star. Unfortunately the reported door lock mechanism issue which was an affordable repair was not the only issue we found. Upon further inspection we also found that the main tub and bearings were also on their way out. No way to tell this over the phone. Hope you appreciated the honesty rather than having us replacing the door lock mechanism, only to find out months later that the bearings were gone. We always say... Don't shoot the messenger regardless of the news.
