work had to be rescheduled because of installer brought the wrong equipment and had to be rescheduled at a later date. job is still not completed.

We were sold the system after being told our dog would not trip the alarm, we've had them call the cops on out dog a dozen times now, we can't even turn on the system when we leave the house now because of it. The fire alarm is the most obnoxious noise imaginable and then they expect you to be able to hear through the speaker box to tell the tech it's a false alarm, when they can't hear you and you can't hear them over the blaring alarm. There is no way to shut off the alarm yourself. They market themselves and being good for families but I'm actually afraid to leave my kids alone with the system in the house because it would be impossible for even a mature pre teen to be able to shut off a false alarm or communicate with a tech through the speaker box. Even though we were sold the system with false information we can't get out of the contact without paying out the remainder of the monthly payments, leaving us paying even more money for a system that has never worked properly to begin with. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.

Blake was professional, friendly on time and explained what we want to know answering questions and we appreciate the information he gave us.

Alarm faulty, keeps going off or telling me doors are opened when they are not. Had the alarm company out and have had them reset a few times.still having alarm issues.
I will be changing companies.

My situation has changed and there is someone at my house 24 hours a day 365 days a year
A serurity system is redundant.
Called to see my options .....
1- keep paying till end of contract.
2- pay out contract which is 30$ per month for 3 more years

No other way!!!!! They just want money. I am on a limited income now and every dollar counts

Misusing of lack of information from newcomers. Never said if they make a contract, we can't cancel it. I phoned the company back and said my wife is home and don't need the service besides I can't afford it but never accept it.

I had the rep from Liberty give me a quote for an office alarm system. He was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The installation went smoothly and their installer took the time to walk me through the online portal. We are happy with the setup and the peace of mind it provides!

D Fraser did a great job and was very helpful. I forgot to remind him to leave some stickers and he came back after his next job to drop them off. I am very impressed with the service I received.
