We have an aging furnace and tankless hot water heater. Most service technicians would say, out with the old and in with the new. But instead, Ather from Cosmopolitan, tells us that with regular maintenance this infrastructure should last for several more years. He also gives us advice on routine maintenance that will extend the lifespan of these appliances.

Also appreciate Ather's problem solving ability and willingness to jump into any project. While our Halloween owl's speaker no longer works, the noise activated lighted eyes and head movement still scared the crap out of little kids collecting Halloween treats at our door. One of them got so scared that they pushed the owl off the stairs and into our garden! Excellent service and attention to detail. Thanks again.

I purchased air conditioner from this company as their offer was good. However, after that, facing too many issues. Their commitment and client service is too bad. Still I didn't receive my rebate back even after 13 weeks although they said it takes 4 weeks. Please think twice before you sign any contract as I am so upset about commitment and client service

We were having issues with our humidifier and contacted Cosmopolitan to get it fixed, as well as inspect the furnace. The appointment booking process was fast and easy online & Ather came over a few days later. He quickly assessed the problem and took the time to explain what he had done to fix it and how to prevent future issues. Thanks again Ather!

I had my Furnace and AC replaced back in about 2012-2013.
Mr. Hasan was the representative and was very helpful in choosing the right furnace and AC unit for my needs.

I've used these guys for a few years and they are great. I like that their techs talk you through what they are doing and make sure you understand how to care for your furnace. Ather was the latest tech to come and do a regular service on my furnace. He was on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and offered lots of tips and advice.

No heat from furnace on a Saturday afternoon. Called Cosmopolitan. Technician (forgot his name) was able to come and assess the situation the same day. He discovered the problem: a broken iComfort thermostat. He does not have an unit on hand to replace and so he rewired the furnace so that I could have heat when needed (very much appreciated). Ather Hassan (the engineer who sold me the furnace in 2012) phoned me up on Monday to follow-up. He brought in the new icomfort unit and installed it. He was meticulous and ran many tests on the unit before leaving. The engineers I have met so far through Cosmopolitan have been superb. I also appreciated the ease of getting through to a live agent at Cosmopolitan. The only area for improvement is in the call centre staff's attention to detail such as noting which telephone number to call you back with.

He took his time and performed the service with care and attention to detail, never rushing. He cleaned out the AC unit thoroughly and made sure the furnace passed all checks.
Knowledgeable, courteous, and called ahead to remind me of our appointment time. He even gave me some tips i can do myself to keep my equipment running in top form. Highly recommended.

We had to get our boiler serviced because it was red tagged by the gas company. The gentleman from Cosmopolitan was very amazing, he told me at first glance that we might need a new boiler ($8, our boiler is 30+ years old). He told me he would try to clean it and hope that we could get a few more years out of it. I'm happy to report we have had two winters since.

We had them come to check our AC that wasn't working and their employee Michael said he didn't have a ladder tall enough. PROMISED somebody would come next day and they never showed. Called and asked. Receptionist had no idea and couldn't contact Michael. It's 30 degrees and we have a 7 month old baby. Called another company. NOT impressed. Would NOT recommend!

I hired Cosmopolitan for three different projects over last 2-3 years. They installed a humidifier at my house, improved furnace ducting/ intake/ exhaust pipes and most recently fixed a furnace for me. Two of three technicians I had were Dave and Mike. Both of them - great professionals, very polite, able to quickly identify and correct the problem. I highly appreciate the results of their work as well as kind and accommodating approach of their colleague Kevin who did his best to efficiently coordinate the visits.
