I had my furnace installed with a different company other than Gregg’s but Gregg’s came to my rescue today after my furnace had cut out during one of the coldest days yet. The gentleman that came and serviced my furnace was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in depth so I understood what he was fixing and why the issue had happened in the first place. I will not phone any other company to deal with my heating and cooling needs. Thanks guys!

The technician was knowledgeable and very personable and worked quickly I watched him and asked him questions and he was very helpful and pointed out future possible issues and things to watch for. I booked in April for a full house duct cleaning.

Still in shock with the maintenance plan I signed up for with greggs having doubts about the coverages. Haven’t even made my first payment of $30 and they came out promptly, friendly and informative just for a check up to find out one of the engines blew. Thinking service would be free but the parts would be costly, yet to my surprise the labor and parts where all cover under the plan ($700 worth) and fixed same day with proper parts on hand within one hour. All taken care of on a 15 year old furnace without a single bit of trouble. Thank you so much to this company for giving people like me peace of mind without fine print or an expensive monthly payment. Beyond amazing and so so greatful.

I went to change the furnace filter on our recently installed furnace and realized that the gas line was blocking the filter spot. Gregg’s technicians were sent out the very next morning, they were very courteous and friendly, fixed the install mistake quickly, and they also took the time to review how to clean the filter properly and safely. I really appreciate Gregg’s efficient staff, thanks guys!

Regular maintenance was done on our furnace and detected a serious issue. A Greggs consultant came to make recommendations and we will have a new safe furnace tomorrow. All done in a few days at an affordable price. I know the installation will be perfect as that is how they do work

Always on time. Repairs and service done in a timely fashion. Service techs are always clean and courteous. Give good advice. They are tidy in the work space and take extra time doing things like putting down an extra clean rag before throwing down a dirty rag. Paying attention to detail is what I like.
