got a quote from Gregg's for a new AC unit little over a month ago and wasn't sure if I was going to change my AC this year but Gregg's phone me back recently and gave me a new quote that I really could not refuse.
so they came and put in a new AC for me and its all good … thanks and god bless....

My Ac is under warranty so there was no cost to me.
Blake came out one day and said that a part was needed. He came out the next day and did the repair.
Everything works great!

Needed to replace ac. Toby came onsite day I put in request. Reviewed everything, gave me several options. Although not a fan of "renting" by the end of the discussion I was sold on the renting option. Toby was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Next day Gregg's team (Michael and team)were on site to remove old ac and install new one. They were professional, thorough and got the job done and provided all necessary instruction. I had less then great experiences several years ago with Gregg's but this one was outstanding. Well done Toby and team...I am one very satisfied customer.

Water heater not working properly. Called and they arrived promptly. Did a repair and then something else identified. Did a great job explaining options available. Quick and efficient in repairing. Gave me piece of mind with service provided. Will 100% call them again

Spencer came out to repair our furnace in the middle of winter when it was most needed. He was there on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company, as well as Spencer to anyone.

Toilet had to be constantly plunged. Got quick evaluation of issue. Was advised to get new toilet. Had it installed two days after quote was provided. Kitchen facet tightened as well.

Arlen was the gentlemen that responded to our call for our plugged sewer. We were extremely pleased with his performance. Arlen was knowledgable very personable, efficient, very ambitious, was able to get a very difficult job done. The clean up was done well.

-35 overnight (without the wind chill) and my high efficiency boiler stopped. The cold woke me up. Not every company fixes boilers but Gregg's sure does. Brian got up in the middle of the night and spent a couple of hours sorting out the problem. He was very professional from the beginning to the end. Thank you to Brian and all at Gregg's.
