Lou and his crew are ROCK STARS! They were on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. They took the time to paper over hardwood floors, stairs and seal off rooms with plastic tarps to minimize dust in the house. Smooth cielings, crown moulding and wainscotting were completed perfectly and their attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. Lou even took the time to replaster and repaint my builder's try at "smooth" cielings in the kitchen. His pot light team made recommendations on placement after listening to our vision. They aligned each of the lights perfectly to one another and placed them appropriately within each of the rooms. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't try and up sell me on the number of lights that I needed but they were more interested in acheiving the look I wanted. Lou accepted payment only once we signed off on each of the individual jobs. I've had family, friends and neighbours stop by to see Lou's handiwork and everyone has been awed. Lou and team...you have my vote for the "contractor hall of fame"!

The job was comoleted on Monday Feb 22. The service that we received from Louie was excellent . The team was very professional and extremly friendly . I would recommend his service to anyone.

Louie & his fabulous team at Ceiling Stucco Removal Specialists went above and beyond our expectations in removing the dreaded popcorn ceilings and making them perfectly flat, primed & painted. They also installed our pot lights on 2 floors, seamless crown mouldings on 2 floors and beautiful wainscotting on our main floor. They carefully protected our floors & fixtures and cleaned up after their job was done. They are friendly, honest, reasonably priced, completed their work on time with a high level of attention to detail. They are perfectionists, take pride in their work and did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends who require this type of work completed in their home.

I really appreciate doing great job for the removal of our popcorn celling on upstairs, living room, dining room, kitchen and foray. We had many stains on our popcorn celling and Louie personally came to inspect the work and he himself was not satisfied with some the work in living room, dining room and kitchen area. He painted another 2 cots of the entire living room, dining room and kitchen area to bring his perfection of the work without any additional cost to me. Now we dont see any stains on our celling and its like a new celling. This was one of the messiest jobs, however they took all precautions to protect our floors and clean before they leave. We had Ceiling Stucco Removal remove the stipple from the ceilings of our Master Bedroom, Living/Dining Room, Family Room and Halls – what a change. Being smooth, they make all of the areas look bigger and brighter. Such a nice modern look.
From the day that Elia came to assess the job, to the 2 days he and his workers took to remove the stucco, skim the ceilings, sand, prime and paint, all of the workers worked hard the whole time. The first day there were two workers who got the stipple removed and the skimming done. The second day there were three workers – to sand, prime and paint. After everything was done they wiped down the walls, removed the coverings on the openings and the floor, and vacuumed throughout. Realize there will be dust from the sanding circulating around your home, it is just the nature of the work that has been done.
There was some heavy furniture that we couldn’t remove and they did that too, and even put it back when they were finished. We appreciate the care they took doing this. They also removed light fixtures and put them back. They certainly went the extra mile in getting those jobs done.
Another plus is that the workers arrived early each day and stayed till they completed what they needed to get done on that day. We appreciate that they stayed on schedule and completed the job in two days.
