We had our garage floor redone in concrete, side and front walkways joined with an apron across the top done in patterned concrete, and our driveway paved in asphalt. The project made a complete difference to our front appearance. We are extremely happy with the job done by Elite Concrete -- from the time Raffy came out to give us an estimate, to the time Marcelo and Helen came to review with us the vision and plan we had for the project, to the actual work done by their team (and they really are a great team, knowing how to go about each step and taking great care of our house – even to putting plastic on the brick walls to protect them as the work was being done). We were totally impressed with this company – every time I asked a question they took time to answer it as fully as they could and took care of any queries we had. The project was done on time and executed professionally, taking care with each step. They showed up each day on time to start and worked late to reach their goal for the day. We are very happy with the design of the project and the finished look. We wanted curves on the sidewalk and the apron at the top of the driveway and they checked to make sure my vision was being satisfied, even changing some of it if needed. They are meticulous in what they do. Even neighbors have commented on the way our house now looks, and the design of the project. Thanks to your great team, Raffi. We enjoyed working with them. We had Ceiling Stucco Removal remove the stipple from the ceilings of our Master Bedroom, Living/Dining Room, Family Room and Halls – what a change. Being smooth, they make all of the areas look bigger and brighter. Such a nice modern look. From the day that Elia came to assess the job, to the 2 days he and his workers took to remove the stucco, skim the ceilings, sand, prime and paint, all of the workers worked hard the whole time. The first day there were two workers who got the stipple removed and the skimming done. The second day there were three workers – to sand, prime and paint. After everything was done they wiped down the walls, removed the coverings on the openings and the floor, and vacuumed throughout. Realize there will be dust from the sanding circulating around your home, it is just the nature of the work that has been done. There was some heavy furniture that we couldn’t remove and they did that too, and even put it back when they were finished. We appreciate the care they took doing this. They also removed light fixtures and put them back. They certainly went the extra mile in getting those jobs done. Another plus is that the workers arrived early each day and stayed till they completed what they needed to get done on that day. We appreciate that they stayed on schedule and completed the job in two days. This is a job that you are not likely to undertake yourself, through HomeStars we were able to find this company who could the job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

When we started contacting contractors in March to take down the aluminum siding on our 2nd floor and do stucco on our house, we contacted Sean. He came out to give us an estimate and we found him to be easy to talk to and very thorough in describing how the job would be done. He also brought a book of photos of jobs he had done. It showed how versatile he was in doing different styles and the range of projects he could do. We liked him and chose him to do our job. In June he came and we finalized the colours and stylings of the moldings. Sean has a great design sense and listened to what we wanted. The moldings around the windows were particularly difficult to decide on and he helped us with that. The result was classic (not trendy), sedate and beautiful. Even while the job was being done, neighbors would comment on the styling and they continue to do so. Sean’s crew was amazing – they were here on time every day and worked hard. They put in 10 hour days and our job was completed in three and a half days. While Sean and his crew were working on the stucco, they came upon a problem with the roof flashing. Sean offered and called in a roofing person he worked with and we ended up going with him to redo part of our roof. He also called in another company to do the soffits, fascia , eavestrough and downspouts, and another person to redo the caulking on the whole house. These people were specialists and completed their work in a professional and timely manner. They all complimented his work so that the whole house looked amazing when it was completed. Thank you, Sean for a job well done. I know we will enjoy our "new" house for many, many years, and our neighbours will like the new look in their neighborhood. We do not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
