I contacted Top Tech Appliance Services based on reviews and I am extremely satisfied with the microwave install. Mors answered my call immediately and booked an install for me within 24hrs. He arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous with myself and my family. Mors removed the old microwave and installed the new one, very clean and tidy work. I would defiinitely recommend Top Tech and would gladly use their services again.

I called Mors who responded wishing 10 minutes. He was courteous and he was able to come over the next day as we didn't have a washing machine to use. After figuring out how hwhat problem he had to order a part that he said might take up to a week. Within two days he called and said he would make the time to come over that day as he knew how badly I needed the washer. He was neat and cleaned up, was On time and very professional. This is the second time I have used Mors for fixing appliances and amd beyond pleased. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgable appliance service company.

Dishwasher stopped working. Mors came the next day on time. He was very efficient, and polite. Was able to solve the problem without using a new part. I would definitely hire him again

We called to replace out our current dishwasher that was not working. Mors was prompt in his response and was quick to book an appointment. He quoted a reasonable price. Mors was very professional and his work was top notch eventhougg the work was a bit more complicated than initially thought. I would recommend using his services again.

Answered the phone immediately, provided a baseline estimate and an ETA within 90 minutes. Service was courteous and he explained the cause of the problem. A quick part replacement and he was on his way. I was worried that a Sunday service call would be surcharged or difficult to accommodate. Not the case at all. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service!

Mors installed a new microwave unit for us and we were extremely pleased with his service. Bought a new stove top microwave and need a quality installer. Checked out couple installers and TopTech has the most reasonable quote. Called Mors and he gave me 2 hours windows and showed up on time. The installation was quite professional and with quality.
Will definitely use the service again for any kind of appliances repair or installation.

He was very efficient, allowed me to hover over his shoulder to learn. He was happy to explain the steps. As an added bonus Pathan reversed the dryer door for me! I googled to find a reliable, and reasonably priced installer the day before my new range and microwave were being delivered. Mors gave me a quote over the phone and confirmed a time. In fact, my delivery arrived earlier than expected and Mors said he would come earlier as well. Great service, great guys and very happy with their work and customer service. Highly recommend. We came back from vacation to find our fridge stopped working. We called three different repair shops on HomeStars and Moris was the first to respond. Moris was clear that it would be a $70 charge to come and diagnose the problem. This was very reasonable compared to other guys who ask for $100 to $150, particularly given it was a Sunday.

He was very thorough and explained what he was doing in assessing the problem. The control board for our kitchen aid side by side fridge was the problem. He called back the next day to give us a quote on the part. Given our fridge was already 8 years old and the total cost to replace the board (parts & labour) was going to be around $400 we decided not to proceed as it would just be a matter of time before another part failed. We definitely recommend Moris for his honest opinion, reasonable rates, and professionalism. Thanks Moris!
