My washing machine stopped all of a sudden and I called Top Tech after reading review here. Like everyone said these guys are Top Tech. Mors answered my call & told me it could be the door lock. So we scheduled an appointment & he was at my door step on time. Within 10 - 15 minutes he did the magic (bypass door lock circuit) and confirmed it was the issue. Within an hour everything was changed and my machine was back up and running. Excellent job Mors and Thank You.

Mors came over after having a previous installer from another company decide the dishwasher was too difficult to install. Mors moved the electrical, hard wired the dishwasher, balanced it and sat through a cycle to make sure everything was in working order. He came at the time he said he would, and charged what he said it would cost. Was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of his work, and his overall professionalism. Highly recommended

Quick response to request I made for help from company web page. Came at agreed time and started working right away. High quality work and troubleshooting skills. Pleasant to deal with. Fixed the dryer.

I had ice forming on my freezer floor and water coming on to the floor. I went on line to diagnosis the problem and then phoned a few companies. I choose Toptech Appliance Service because he listened to what I told him and came up with two possible solutions. His quote was lower than other companies. Later that same day he came and defrosted and cleaned out my drain system. He also gave me some other good ideas for helping maintain my appliances. I found him very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call this company again and would refer my friends as well.

I first contacted Top Tech when my freezer kept heating up. It was more annoying than anything. Then it wouldn't cool down at all. Obviously an emergency situation. We scheduled a visit the following evening, which we couldn't keep because no one was going to be home then. Fast forward 12 hours later and the fridge had heated up as well. That evening the repairs were done and the cooling functions of both fridge and freezer were restored. The compressor wasn't working and was repaired. We were told to watch for a leak in the coolant, in which case we would need a new fridge. So far, so good. Top Tech responded very quickly, did the job and fixed everything perfectly, and for a very decent price. We are all very satisfied with the service, would hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Our dryer stopped working on the family day long weekend. Called Top Tech appliance and they answered and came out to assess within an hour of calling AND on a long weekend! Quickly identified the problem and came out with the part as soon as it was in. Reasonable rates for excellent service!!! I would definitely recommend this company!

I had an issue with my washing machine pump making noise. I called Moris and he asked me a few questions about the machine. He arrived later the same day and was able to clean out the pump (there was a credit card and a wire stuck inside). He then ran the machine to make sure there were no other issues before leaving.
He was punctual, courteous, and very professional.
I would have no reservations calling him again, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance technician.

Following a review I saw here for Moris on a Family Day long weekend, I knew this was our guy. Moris was fantastic with our fridge. On holiday Monday, he showed up promptly in 3hrs and quickly disassembled the freezer and showed were the blocked drainage lines were causing the block for the fridge to get cold. He cleaned it up and explained things to look out for. Moris was also kind enough to offer that should anything further arise for this issue, he would replace parts as required with no labour charge. That's fantastic! Would recommend him without hesitation.

Sunday of the Family day long weekend and our dishwasher was not draining. We did everything we could think of and that You Tube showed us! Mors showed up right on time, was fast, courteous, neat and explained how it worked to us. He provided advice to ensure the problem didn't happen again. We were so happy not to have to be washing dishes on the long weekend! And service on Sunday was amazing. We would 100% use them again for any appliance issues.
