I have used Mors on two occasions now. Discussed dryer issue over phone and he identified part required for the repair as well as the cost of the part. He provides great customer service, arrives on time and is very professional.

Mors, the technician was on time and completed the over the range microwave replacement work. He tidied up the work area after he was done. Very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use him again.

Discovered that my fridge was slowly leaking water this morning and called a number of service companies. Some couldn't come the same day, some didn't service the downtown core. Top Tech answered my call right away and said they'd be there around noon. They showed up as promised, and the owner got to work and quickly addressed the problem. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Top Tech to anyone needed fast and courteous service for your appliances.

Our fridge and freezer suddenly stopped working for a few days, then started working again, then stopped working again. I found Mors through HomeStars and explained what was happening as best as I could. He arrived within a couple of hours and conducted tests for about an hour, determining that a relay was to blame and that he would have to order the part, which would take a couple of days. After the part arrived, he returned to install it - only to find that the control board was also not working. He followed up later to tell me the part would be $400 plus installation cost. Given the age of our fridge, we felt it best to purchase a new one, and Mors completely understood. He was kind enough not to charge us for the relay part, just for the labour for the 2 visits. Mors is highly professional, arrives when he says he will, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any appliance servicing issue.

Dryer was no longer heating and finally the belt that drove the drum failed, so I sent out a call and Top Tech was one of the first to reply with a decent flat rate (plus parts) and a next-day 2-hour window.

He arrived about 30 minutes into the window on the Saturday and took a look, then he informed me the element needed to be replaced but that it was an old part and he wasn't sure if he would be able to find a replacement. He told me he'd have confirmation and final part pricing on the Monday night.

He actually messaged me Sunday around 1pm and told me he had the parts, what the cost would be, and that he could be there after 4 that day. The repair took maybe 30 minutes (he uncovered a couple other minor issues), and then it was all done!

Mors came within 24 hours and was able to fix the dishwasher, he also diagnosed the issue with the refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to quickly find and solve the problems. The dishwasher was not originally installed properly and he was able to modify it and the refrigerator had issues with the rollers. He answers the phone and gets back to you in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Mors and Top Tech Appliance Service!

Mors was able to fix the issue on my washer quickly and did not leave until he tested them thoroughly. Mine was a simple clogging issue and i would recommend Top Tech.

Mors arrived at my house on a Sunday within one hour of my phone call. He assessed the problems with my fridge and freezer unit and determined there was no issue he could fix because it seemed to be a manufacturer's defect. He was honest and upfront about the issue and suggested that even if he ordered parts it was unlikely to fix the issues. He didn't charge me for the visit or the assessment! Contacted the number and talked to Mors. I explained the problem with my Fridge and talked some numbers for the cost as I was deciding whether to fix the fridge or just buy a new one. The prices were reasonable and he gave me a range of repair costs based on what's wrong. I felt comfortable enough to get him in for a diagnostic. He arrived promptly, found what the issue was and came back later to do the repair. What I liked most was the fact that he was NOT up-playing the repair. When asked how long the repair will last or if I should repair he was very realistic and not giving me false hope just so he can get business. Overall I found him to be friendly and honest and price was competitive.

We had Mors visit our home on 3 occasions. Initially it was to diagnose the issue with our Bosch dishwasher. After understanding a specific part needed replacement, he was able to get this part within a couple of days. Due to my personal availability limitations, we had to postpone. After a second visit, it was determined the dishwasher needed additional parts. After that, we decided to replace the unit completely. Mors came in, and removed and installed the new Whirlpool unit and tested it as well. We were very please with Mors, and his professionalism.
