Although Compact Roof Works was not the lowest quote to re-shingle our roof, out of all the contractors who gave estimates Ryan Borkowskyi owner operator of the company impressed me the most. He is a very young man but don’t let his age fool you he is a most astute business man.

The original estimate that Ryan quoted was more than we could possibly afford,and because, I really liked this young man I wanted him to do the work on our home, so, I called him to discuss a less expensive alternative. Ryan proved to be extremely resourceful and came up with a less expensive option that in no way compromised the quality of the project.

On Thursday June 18, 2015 the material was delivered. The following morning Jun 19, the disposal bin arrived, followed by Ryan and his 2 man crew at about 8:30 am. They just went to work stripped and re-shingled our roof and had cleaned up all debris by 4:30 pm.

General roof repair. I highly recommend Ryan and his team for new roofing jobs and repairs. I work as a general contractor and have trusted Ryan's work for years now. His estimates are spot on and if any unexpected issues are found, he is very fair with his fee. I had Ryan come out recently to complete a roff repair in which the valley was leaking. Turns out the local racoon ate away at some of the plywood beneath the shingles. Ryan completed the repair with new plywood sheathing, ice and water shield and new shingles to match the existing. Always a clean job with Ryan and he stuck to his guns on both price and schedule. Repair and cleanup completed in one working day. Thanks again Ryan!

Work was done on time. Cost was reasonable and photographs were furnished to show what had been done. Interaction was courteous and informative. I would hire this company again and recommend them to friends.

Ryan responded within a day to the message I left. He came by the house the next day explained all the work that was necessary to fix the leak. Also he took the time to review the current condition of the roof and give us a time frame for replacement (3-5 years). He was very friendly, left the area clean and was very thorough. I needed to get my roof done, the shingles were looking pretty rough. I called a few different companies and I decided to choose Impact because of the great presentation and communication with Ryan. Ryan and his crew showed up on time, did a great job and left my yard clean and tidy, and nail free which was important for me and my 3 young kids. These guys were awesome, I highly recommend them.

I was loosing shingles for a while and decided it was probably time to get my roof examined and replaced. I called several companies and the majority didn't even return my call and none were interested in doing repairs. I spoke with Ryan about getting the roof looked at for a quote on repair work or replacement, he was more than willing to go up and fix whatever he could on the spot. We decided that it was better to just replace the worn roof and the following week Ryan was back with his crew. Despite a minor setback with the material delivery, Ryan was on top of it and got the work done in the timeframe promised. He answered all of my questions confidently and even took pictures of the work that was done. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.
