Unprofessional/ Inexperienced--> RUN AWAY
0/10 - Not even 1 star is accurate. Terrible Customer Service, Has not returned to rectified installation / product issues Been trying to have Revive back since Aug 2020. Left all interlock front and back yard as well as Between houses damaged with so much sealer you can see from photos. Used Solvent based sealer when water based was requested, as well as matte not gloss. Product so thick it sweats, and is incredibly slippery to the point when wet that it is completely unsafe. .. Technician showed little care and potentially inexperienced while working on my site. Product applied without skill and thought my expectations were too much, Photos tell the story and I have so many to share if necessary. Sealer over sprayed everywhere, dangerously slippery and off gassing. Would not return to my property to rectify issue even with multiple calls and texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Only way to even get owner Richard to respond was to being a lawsuit. Feel free to message me for more details. Simply run in other direction. Please Do not be a victim like myself. Quotes to repair the job that Revive left me with is Upwards of 30,000 dollars to try and clean the stones back to 80-90percent with significant risk to all vegetation and storm water because of how toxic chemical sealer is. OR 100K to remove all the stones and start again!. Let this be a lesson to others please do not do business with this company
