Ryan and his team were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they deliver an excellent final product, but they were professional and respectful of our home and neighbours. Ryan was very thorough in speaking with us about what was necessary for our hundred-year-old roof overhaul. For our quote he went up on the roof and took photos for us to let us know exactly what was going on. He then gave us some options and made sure to account for potential unforeseen issues that he anticipated having with the roof as he was pulling it all up, so there were no surprise costs; our quote was spot on.
The job itself was a very big job, as the roof had never been completely redone. Nevertheless, Ryan and his team got it all done in one day. They were very efficient, very detailed, and were very prudent with cleanup. They even swept our neighbours porches! They are great people providing great service. We will definitely be recommending them.

Impact roof works did my roof after I got a leak from a bad rain storm. The quote was well prepared and the price was fair. The roof looks amazing and I am very happy with ryan and his polite crew.

Ryan was great to work with, patiently explaining how he would do the work required, and why specific techniques would be used. He even showed roof photos from prior jobs, and took photos during our job so that we could see the condition of the roof underneath and the progress of their work. Very satisfied.

Ryan was recommended to me by other neighbors in my area. After calling Ryan directly we booked an appointment for the next day and he not only arrived on time but a few minutes early.

He promptly climb on to our roof and assessed the situation quickly and accurately. That evening I had a confirmed quote on the repair. Unfortunately I had to wait for the weather to clear before Ryan could complete the repair. There was a leak coming in through my bedroom ceiling and I wasn't sure where it was coming from. My neighbor had given me Impact's contact information. Ryan assessed the situation and recommended a reasonably priced permanent repair option for me to accommodate my budget. I saw pictures of of everything and was very satisfied with everything.
