There was a leak coming in through my bedroom ceiling and I wasn't sure where it was coming from. My neighbor had given me Impact's contact information. Ryan assessed the situation and recommended a reasonably priced permanent repair option for me to accommodate my budget. I saw pictures of of everything and was very satisfied with everything.
