I purchased a much older building and the water pressure was not good, especially given that there are 4-units. Now we've had Viper in, I notice water flow is much better on all floors of the building!

VIPER HOME SERVICES was highly recommend to us by our neighbor. He is very knowledgeable and professional and inspired confidence from the beginning! He did a perfect job with walk out, We are looking forward to having Manny back for our next renovation. We would give him an 11/10 if that was possible!

I met Manny ,recommended by extended family member,told him about my problem,Set an appointment and came on time which I was impressed.Assessed the situation,using his sewer camera and advised me what the best way to handle this issue,also gave me quotation.Went on to get the job done,looked after the permit,locates,and also inspection.They did a wonderful job,did not leave ant mess at all.Manny and his crew were wonderful people doing their job.I felt lucky to meet them all and helped me from my problem.I highly recommend them.

Manny and his crew are the best contractors we have ever hired. They were very polite and very professional. They created a walkout from our basement that exceeded our expectations! Their attention to detail was very impressive. It's nice to see that level of Pride of Workmanship. As you can see in the pictures the final product was very attractive. I would recommend Viper Home Services to anyone. We are hoping to use them again for other projects!

We are really pleased with all the work that Manny and his crew did as part of our whole home renovation. Manny is professional and strives to give the best advice on which we can base our decisions. We are now in discussions on engaging Viper to do our landscaping for both the front and back of the house.

Manny and his crew were completely professional. They arranged the locates with the gas company. They arrived when they said they would, they worked hard to get the job done, the house was left spotless (which is amazing since they were drilling a hole from the inside and then patching with concrete). They were polite, thoughtful and thorough. Job was completed for the agreed price which I gladly paid on the spot (and the water pressure is great!)

I was first impressed that after calling him to make appointment, Manny showed up right on time to give us an estimate for our job, which he did on the spot. Throughout he was friendly while also professional, informative, flexible, and easy to ask questions of (as was Carlos during the job). We had exterior concrete work done to improve water drainage, window wells, all drains, main stack, sump pump, back water valve, and interior water proofing done. Manny took care of the permit and Carlos exhibited more patience than I would have been capable of with the city inspector, who finally admitted that everything was done to code or better. The crew were also friendly and cooperative with myself and others who were working on site during the process. All work was done on time and for the agreed price, and they left the site clean each day and at the end of the job. I couldn't recommend Manny and his team more highly!

I contacted Viper Home Services via Homestars to install new interlocking in my patio and around the pool. The job was done in time and within the agreed price. The team was very profesional and easy to deal with. Im very happy with the final result, definitely recommend them.

I would recommend Manny and his team to anyone. To begin, he was easy to work with, described the project in detail, and had a competitive quote. They worked 10 hour days in 30 degrees to get the job done fast and on budget. There were a few extra things he had to do for the drain and parging but he stuck to his quote and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up the site every night and kept the neighbours happy. Great guys! We were so happy with him we asked him to build us a deck! I've also had a few contractors by since it was finished and everyone has complimented the work. We will definitely be using him again.
