Manny and his team came in and removed a brick fireplace we've been looking at getting rid of for years. He removed all the bricks and helped organize some of the bricks we wanted to keep for future repurposing. They also helped us re-sod our backyard and level our backyard lawn. Would definitely have Manny back again to do work in the future. Thanks for the great work.

Helped clear a stubborn clog from a toilet. The plumber was friendly and professional. Made his plan clear and answered all my questions about this and other jobs to satisfaction. Prices seem to be very competitive for quality of service.

After looking into a few companies to get the main water line replace in my house i found Viper home service. The water pressure in my house was not good at all, we would open the kitchen faucet and loose all the water in the bathrooms or the laundry would be working and the rest of the house would have a very poor water pressure so it needed to get done, Manny and his guys came in and did such an outstanding job, everything got done in a day of work the have all the knowlodge and the equipment to get it done i would highly recomend Viper home service in the future thanks Manny, Carlos and the rest of the team.

Odours were coming from a toilet we had recently installed ourselves and we assumed we'd done a poor job at it. We called Viper to reinstall our toilet. Carlos came and quickly assessed that the new low-flow toilet was well installed but not getting the water moving enough, and because the piping was not well laid, it was causing sewage backup. He gave us several suggestions on how to manage the situation and even changed a broken shut-off valve knob while here at no extra cost. Most notably, Carlos is a super sweet, nice, knowledgeable and helpful guy who is good at what he does. We would highly recommend Viper Home Services based on our experience.

Project aid for Weston Gardens

Manny and his crew were amazing. He started and finished the work exactly when he said he would. His crew was polite, engaged and tidy. They made sure my front yard plants were protected. In order to find the drain they had to go into the laundry room. They took care to use drop sheets through the house, moved and put the appliances back and fixed the floor. They did an amazing job finishing up and left everything arranged neatly and in order. I found the crew to be truly professional and present. I was very satisfied that I got the reimbursement from the city just as he had said I would. Manny was frank and professional. I would definitely recommend Manny and his crew anytime.

Viper dug-out our basement as part of a gut to the joists reno. They did a quick and good job. This was about a year ago now and we are very satisfied.
