I recommend Viper Home Services as my experience, and the work results were excellent. Manny, Carlos and the rest of the team were on time, on budget and professional. It was a particularly challenging situation that was resolved with thorough and clear planning for destruction, disposal, cleaning; and installation of weeping tile, sump pump, back water valve, waste water traps, pipe and sprinkler systems. The City inspections were successful and this life-time guaranteed work provides for updated, appropriate water and waste-water management. Manny also helped in the submission of the City water rebate program. Thank you.

Manny and his team delivered not only on our negotiated terms of agreement but he worked with us every step of the way to ensure work plans aligned with our intended vision for the renovations, architects, HVAC engineers, various trades workers for every aspect of the renovation and City of Toronto Inspectors..etc. The work was significant as we needed to gut the entire house and convert the house from a single dwelling to a legal triplex for our rental property. As promised he took care of all the details including materials and delivered the rental units intact ready for our new tenants within 6 months. The craftsmanship was top-notch and most importantly there were no surprises like extra costs. This is the second job he has done for us and highly recommend him.

I had a very tough clog in our basement drain that backed up into our 2nd bathroom. It was a bit of an emergency as our upstairs bathroom was being renovated. Manny was very quick to respond and he was able to snake the drain to remove the blockage. He also used a camera to locate the problem area where we have a drain pipe making an unusual turn. They did a great job and worked quickly. Definitely very helpful for future reference

With a request of a new backyard fence and new interlock, the workers at Viper Home Services delivered their task efficiently and effectively. All workers were in a positive attitude and to the point with their work. The work was completed on the estimated time frame and was delivered with hard-work.

What began as a smaĺl () basement reno expanded very quickly when we discovered clay and plugged pipes, including a large chunk of cast iron wedged in ome of them. Manny from Viper was called in to, in essence, replace our plumbing system.
The job was complete in less than a week and our questions and concerns were handled immediately. Huge relief to have this work done by Viper.

Manny and his team replaced our outdated sump pump with a new one including back-up pump and nautical battery. We were very pleased with the wrok and our experience working with Manny and his team.
