We were looking for someone to install hardwood flooring on the whole upper floor. I attempted it myself and found it backbreaking work when I did the lower level. So when we decided to do upstairs I was all for getting a contractor. Looking for a good contractor is always difficult. We heard from a neighbour about Simon, and the quality work he had done. His quote was excellent and they even moved all furniture and put it back in place. What I was most impressed about being an electrician myself, is how tidy and meticulous he kept the work site. At the end of the day things were vacuumed and garage and driveway swept. This says a lot, and his work proved it as well. They also sanded and restrained our stairway. Again I was amazed with how little dust and disruption to our lives. He draped off areas and the dust was minor. The finished product was amazing. Thank you Simon and crew for such a great job. So much so 3 other neighbours have contracted him as well.

We had a great experience working with SB Hardwood Stairs & Flooring on our staircase remodel project. Simon is friendly, responsive and easy to work with. He provided us a competitive quote and was able to start our project within a few days. Matthew who completed the work was very respectful to our home by enclosing the area with plastic sheets and cleaning up and removing debris after everyday. Matthew has a strong attention to detail, which shows in the final product and answered all our questions without hesitation along the way.
