Simon and his crew did truly excellent job replacing our old and falling-apart parquet with hardwood flooring. The stairs are a work of art (well... almost like work of art). Did not disappoint! Contractors did a fantastic job. The job started and finished on schedule and Simon did a great job of keeping me updated on the process. We found SBHardwood through homestars based on the great ratings. We decided to contact them for an in home quote. Simon came in to our home a provided a quote. We had met with other contractors but felt uneasy with many of them. Simon guaranteed us he could do the job and had done several similar successfully. He showed us pictures of his work and we felt comfortable booking with him. We booked in early march and had to wait till end of august as he was fully booked. He was worth the wait. simon and his team were extremely professional. They provided Excellent workmanship. Started and completed the job on schedule as promised. We even decided to add the rifinish of steps and railing leading to laundry on the last day and they did it right away. He helped with material selection and purchase of the hardwood flooring. Came by multiple times to show us samples. We had concerns about matching the stain of the stairs to the hardwood floors we purchased and it was a near perfect march. Excellent work ethics. SB Hardwood company did amazing job in my previous house and house where I leaving now. This company is extremely professional with incredible attention to details. I am very picky and I had hard time to choose right product for my house. Simon was incredible patient and helpful. There were always on time, energetic , hard working and honest team - best contractor what we hired in past .I couldn't be happier. My floors and stairs look amazing I truly recommend this company. Simon and his crew did a fantastic job with our flooring project! They showed up exactly when they said they would, they took one day less to complete the project than expected and they were tidy and respectful of my home. Simon was always prompt to respond to any email questions and was very helpful in recommending places to shop for flooring and solving any dilemmas we had about the project. These guys are pros and we recommend them to anybody looking to hire a flooring contractor!
