Simon responded to my request to quote within a day - he came to look at job and promptly returned a great price. He ended up sanding and restaining our hardwood staircase and railing, as well as replacing the pickets with metal ones. He also arranged to have a partner company do all our floors at the same time. The result is incredible. It looks like a new house! Everyone working with SB was quick, clean and showed expertise in their trade. It's a family business, so they were very responsive and even worked to finish ahead of schedule. I would recommend them without hesitation. Money well spent! Thanks SB!
