Value Windows And Doors

I needed my front door replaced and my neighbour recommended Value Windows and Doors after having their windows replaced with them last year. They gave me a reasonable quote and booked a day to come in with the new door. They did a fantastic job and I was thrilled with the end result. They were polite, fast, clean and thorough. The door looks amazing and I get compliments daily. It looks and feels very high quality. They were able to provide everything I requested including, colour, material and handles and they were lovely to work with.

We had the entire back wall of our home (7 sliders + 12 windows) replaced in 2016. The reason we had any of the windows replaced in the first place is because we had a leak in one of the basement windows. We had 3 or 4 different companies come in and quote. To start we both felt Daniel was very personable and was the only company to suggest changes to open up our amazing views. It took longer than we anticipated to start the installation (approximately 8 weeks) and we had to stare as scaffolding for this time, but we had a lot of windows to manufacture so we let it slide. The installation team was really great. They showed up bright and early each morning and worked very hard all day. They did a really great job. Some of our windows are MASSIVE! It took two weeks to complete everything and there were a few hiccups (wrong sized windows made, unaligned transoms that needed to be remade and one glass panel got broke in transit so we lived with plywood for 2+ weeks). We did not get the correct screens for some of the doors but after unanswered emails we gave up and are using what we were given. The latest issue is that the initial window leak was still leaking following a rain storm last fall and again this spring with all the rain we have had. After many emails to Daniel with unanswered promises we got someone else in who took care of the problem. NOT impressed at all with the after market service at all! We would not recommend this company especially if you have issues after the fact!

Daniel and team were excellent from our initial consult, through the installation and follow-up once install was complete. I would consider myself to have high expectations of contractors given I have done some of this work myself in the past and Daniel and team lived up to my high expectations. The installers were professional and courteous. It is always positive when you have concerns and/or questions and the contractor spends the time addressing them instead of making you feel awkward for asking - so thanks guys. Well done. If you want windows and doors then look no further and call these guys.

The replacement of our patio doors was done by Value Doors and Windows company a couple of months ago. My husband has one word to describe the result: 'excellent', and I agree. The door is stable with perfect finishes both on the inside and the outside. The lock on the door was too stiff by their standard, so a week later they replaced it.
All work was done on time and on budget. The installers were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Value Windows and Doors.

We met Daniel at the Milton home show. We were looking for window companies and what drew us to him was his no pressure sales approach. He let us ask questions, showed us examples and was honest and personable. We emailed him that night and within a couple of days, he had come out, rough measured and we got a quote.
We replaced 13 large windows, an 8' slider and the front door. We wanted to match the frames on the front to the facia colour and his team was able to match it perfectly!!

It did take a little longer than expected but the custom colour was slowing the process.
The installation was absolutely flawless. The team was there when they said they would, they were efficient and clean! The small details are what my husband noticed such as the aluminum caps being bent on site and providing a super clean effect. The windows were levelled, insulated and trimmed out with perfection!

We also replaced our old worn double front door with a wider steel/glass door with side panels and it is absolutely stunning. We constantly have people walking by, commenting on how amazing the house looks. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and his team to anyone and a special 'shout-out' to his installation team - they were very professional and a pleasure to have doing our install.

Daniel came out in early May 2016 to give me an estimate. I feel he is very personable and honest.
The patio door was replaced in early June. It looks great and I have received many compliments on it. The installers did a great job.
My only complaint would be that the driveway was left with some debris on it from their work, eg. shavings and some sort of dustings. Also their equipment left imprints on the driveway. Daniel did come out to have a look and assured me that they would disappear. Two months later they have somewhat faded.
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend and to use this company again.

Excellent workmanship and job was completed in less than 2 hours. The sliding door was factory built and made to order for 8 weeks. It was challenging scheduling the work on weekdays but Daniel and Marchent was able to accommodate my request for a weekend installation. I realized the guys were exhausted because of the extreme hot weather over the past weeks on their projects but they were ber professional in keeping their commitments. At the end of the project it made my wife extremely happy. Great job guys.
