Acez Demolition

Mike and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently. They started on Monday and worked hard to get the whole place ready by mid day Tuesday. Really impressed. He and his great team of hard working guys really eliminated the stress involved in demolition and renovations for me. They were very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend Acez Demolition to any resident or contractor in the GTA who wants to have their home, office, or building renovated! 10/10!

When the Acez crew (6 men led by Michael) arrived with the right tools at 12:30 pm, they got right into breaking up the huge concrete block that had split in half and had been pushed into the lake by destructive waves from fierce storms in in the spring. This damage to my sea wall was a direct consequence of the exceptionally high record-breaking Lake Ontario high water levels. The highest level in a decade.

My anxiety about the late start and finishing the job before sundown, soon evaporated. For the next 3.5 hours I witnessed poetry in motion. Bit by bit, some 5 tons of broken concrete was manually removed from the lake to the waiting dumpster on the road.

Under Michael's direction, his team worked like clockwork. They were gentlemen.

Starting from day 1, Michael and his team of 6 men displayed professionalism, courtesy, and the upmost quality of work. They went above and beyond to minimize the mess involved in demolition while working efficiently to complete to the job in the time quoted. In fact, they completed the job in less time than was originally quoted and at the same cost (unheard of in the reno world). We would most definitely work with Acez again and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, competent team of men.

Michael and his team removed an old concrete walkway from our backyard. The job was done quickly and no mess was left behind, and they even took away a bit of extra construction debris we had from previous renos. The team was also able to expertly navigate moderately tricky access to our backyard via a laneway. Would definitely use again for any future demolition needs.

Mike's team did an amazing job. They showed up on time and did demo work throughout a three storey house in one day as promised. They left everything very clean and were very reliable and a pleasure to work with. If we ever renovate again we will definitely be calling Mike and I highly recommend his team.

Michael and his crew at ACEZ Demolition did a great job taking down the roof over our front porch and demolishing an old wooden garage. Work was done on time, site was left clean and tidy. Acez demo removed the entire roof of a bungalow and kept the existing masonry structural walls intact. They also stripped all interior finishes and left the site ready for the new construction. They also removed the entire existing concrete basement floor. We call Acez Demo first for all of our demolition projects.
