I am an elderly woman, and I am glad I chose this company to remove mold from my laundry room and asbestos from a pipe. I am very happy to see young men like Julio and Moises, who are skilled at this type of work. Julio is truly very kind; from the moment he arrived at our home, he introduced himself and explained in detail how they would enclose the work area from the rest of the house. They left an air scrubber running for a few days and managed to save the wooden studs. The day he came to pick up the equipment and remove the containment, he showed me and explained the work in detail once again.

What I liked the most was seeing the quality and cleanliness of their work. They even took the time to clean our washer and dryer.

Julio and Moises were exceptional. They were the utmost professionals, kind and courteous. And deeply respectful of our home. They were extremely tidy and clean. They handled the stressful situation calmly, helping me to remain as such. And their level of workmanship is truly outstanding. Lester the Project Manager is also incredible. Such a fantastic team!

I cannot say enough good things about Lester (project manager) and the crew consisting of Jesus and Julio. They were very professional, thorough and transparent, giving me quite an education on the process. They took their time to do things the right way. They even found more asbestos than originally predicted and didn't charge extra. I have since gotten a follow up air quality test done, (only because I have a toddler running around, not because I doubted their work), and it has come up negative, not a trace. Julio and Eduardo who did the mold removal in our cold were very professional. We are very happy with the mold remediation service they provided. Would highly recommend this company for any mold removal jobs.

Lester, the project manager, visited our home on Friday and emailed a detailed quote to me Friday evening . This was in regards to removing mold in my basement behind the kitchen cabinet, due to a leaking pipe in the wall. Julio and Israel did the work the following Tuesday. It took them 1 day to remove the drywall and a portion of the plywood floor. All of the mold was removed and a hepa air scrubber was left to operate for 2 days. On Thursday evening, Julio came back to remove the air scrubber. He also gave me before and after photos. Julio was very pleasant, communicated well with me and worked efficiently, did not waste time. All rubbish was bagged and removed from my basement.

Asbestos wrapped uncovered during renovation, and Julio & Israel took care of it safely and efficiently today (I observed through a window and on video occasionally).

There is another, larger section of pipes, but the attached photos show you the job done.

Compliments to Julio and Eduardo for doing a fantastic job. The job was very small but that did not stop these two men from being thorough or provide excellent service. They called in advance of their arrival and called a second time when they were a few minutes delayed to ensure I knew they were still on their way. They were all smiles and super polite throughout the job. I got the details of the work they were going to do and upon completion Julio showed me the pictures of the different stages of the job. Really top-notch stuff.

I must also mention Lauras customer service from start to finish. As I said it was a small job but that did not shy Laura away from taking the job like it did some of the other companies. As I was willing to accommodate their schedule, they were willing to provide me a more than reasonable rate for the work. I call this going above and beyond for your customer. Julio and Eduardo did an amazing job of getting rid of the mold in the attic. They came on time. They sealed up the room and worked for almost 4 hours as my attic was full of mold. They cleaned everything up when they were finished, and showed me videos of the work they had done. Thank you!

Discovered a slow leak, which had soaked into the corner of a carpeted room causing mold, that in turn was causing health issues.
Jorge and his team were extremely fast - next day service - and thorough.
Project involved removing contaminated material (entire carpet, portions of drywall, baseboards), and treating for mold. Quite an extensive process.

Alex met with less than a day after we first spoke to review a challenging mold remediation project. From the outset, he instilled confidence - He was efficient, knowledgable and very accommodating. He also was patient in dealing wth and answering questions that arose regarding all aspects of the work. The workers, Jose Manuel and Jesus, were excellent as well. They were very respectful, extremely hard-working and responsible, and I have nothing but praise for them.
