Jorge, José, and the team did a fantastic job demolishing our basement, removing the old carpets, and clearing the backyard. They communicated clearly, ensuring I understood each step they took to turn this house into our future home. After completing the work, they thoroughly cleaned the area. Our roof leaked after a large storm. Lester came quickly to assess the damage and sent a team with equipment same day. Someone incorrectly repaired the leak so we needed CRS to come back again quickly. They once again came same day. They were fantastic, making sure we got all the help we needed (and more) to dry out our ceiling and walls.

I needed to have the popcorn ceiling removed in my family room that contained asbestos and some mould removed behind drywall from a prior water issue. I received quotes from several contractors. Lester was thorough and detailed in his quote, and the price was fair. After reading prior reviews on the company, I was convinced that I made the right choice.
The work team led by Jesus was prompt and diligent in getting the job completed in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Lester was available for any questions and followed up to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Lester and his team did an excellent job and provided the piece of mind the job was competed in a thorough and responsible manner. The work site was contained and clean, considering the nature of handling hazardous materials.

I could not recommend Lester and Jesus enough. They worked with diligence and were very efficient in completing the works required. Lester went above and beyond as a project manager. He communicated with us and give us peace of mind throughout the process. He is organized, transparent and professional. Jesus was an excellent team leader who kept the job site clean. This was especially important given our homes wood trim and craftsmanship. Their team completed the work without damaging our homes special features.

Lester and his team worked with us to remove mold caused by a flood and restore half of our condo, whereas other companies would only quote to do the full condo.

Because the flooring ran through the entire unit, the challenge was finding the right wood flooring to match so half of the apartment didn't look odd.

Not only did the team get rid of the mold, as proved with a clearance test, but they also worked with us to replace the flooring with a nearly identical match and put in beautiful custom marble tile in the kitchen.

Lester personally hunted for tiles that matched a photo I had sent him and brought options for the wood flooring to ensure it was as close to the original as possible. The flooring turned out great and is an upgrade to our unit. Lester and his contractors remained communicative and provided many options for quotes and flooring examples to give us choices. He also answered my MANY questions with patience and sound advice. We will be using his team again for future upgrades.

We put up our home for sale , and unfortunately the home inspector found mold in the attic.

Both our home inspector and the retailer recommended Canadas Restoration Services.

The customer service agent answered the call instantly and had the inspector ( project manager ) Alex come to inspect the next day.
Alex was very polite , professional and promised We will
received the estimate the same - and we did together with a step by step scope of work.

Once we approved the job was scheduled.
The team led by Hosa , hope I didnt misspell , did a great , clean job. Showed us pix of the process and made sure everything ran based on the scope we received from Alex

I dealt with Jorge throughout a tradgey experience I had at my home and he was there ever step of the way to guide me through all the stages of what was involved to repair the damages to my house and made it a smooth , easy and fast process. My house now feels like home again and I want to thank Jorge and the rest of his team members for all their help.

Contacted the company to identify extent of water leak damage. Jorge arrived on time, was very pleasant and helped with the request.

We discovered a leak running under the bathroom tiles, found some mould, and of course were very worried as to the extent of the damage. We called Canadas Restoration Services, and by the morning of the next day Lester showed up right on time. He was super personable and professional, obviously an expert, took very detailed measurements and pictures, and within a few hours that same day had a very detailed and thorough estimate of exactly what needed to be done.
Over the course of the next few days, Jesus, Darien, Luis and his coworkers, had the mould gone, bathroom stripped and rebuilt better than before. They showed up on time every single day, were very friendly and polite, and did a truly fantastic job. We frankly couldnt believe how Lester and his staff turned such a stressful situation into actually an enjoyable one. Unbelievable. We wholeheartedly recommend Lester and Canadas Restoration Services - completely reliable, professional, honest, and friendly. We are so happy to have found them:)

I have used Canada's Restoration Services on a few projects now, and they always deliver excellent service. From start to finish, Alex and his team did a fantastic job on this commercial asbestos abatement project. From site prep to cleanup, these guys are the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mould or asbestos removal. I'll be using them again soon!
