Gas oven required a new regulator that needed to be replaced . Initially thought it was an ignitor needing replaced but found that igniter was fine. The technicians were thorough in determining the cause of the oven not igniting. Unfortunately the part was on back order for 6 weeks from LG and costly to replace. The part came in and the same technicians returned to complete the service. (They were brothers from Ukraine and did an excellent job. I do not recall their names . ) I would call on Maydone again if I had other appliance issues.

We had several quotes from localized granite fabricators and chose Rockstella based on prior reviews and the quality of workmanship. Terezija was our initial contact and she was excellent in handling our questions and guiding us through the process. We also had the opportunity to review how we wished the granite stone to be cut to maximize the design which we enjoyed doing. The installers were on time, professional and took the required time to get the job completed properly. I would highly recommend Rockstella to my family and friends without hesitation . A nice surprise was also we received two extra pieces of granite cut for serving dishes from our stone. Bottom line is Rockstella is top notch and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed to have the popcorn ceiling removed in my family room that contained asbestos and some mould removed behind drywall from a prior water issue. I hired a company to remove the asbestos and mould. I then had Romildo quote me on doing the finish coat for the ceiling and repairing the drywall that contained mould. It is very apparent that he takes great pride in his work to ensure it was completed professionally and nothing less than perfection for the end result. He stated his reputation is too important not to complete the job to the highest workmanship. He also had his son Sam assisting him with the job, and Romildo is instilling his guidance to ensure the finished work is excellent. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area kept clean. No hesitation to recommend him to my friends and family.

Hired Amana Garage Doors to replace my garage door. Was very pleased from the beginning as to their level of service provided. I had a problem with my old door malfunctioning 1 week before the install of my new one. I contacted Kathleen at Amana and Rony promptly fixed it that day so that my car can be taken out of garage and repaired with new fasteners until my new door arrived. The new door met all my expectations and very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for providing a fair price and superior service.

Contracted company to safely remove mould found in basement walls and asbestos floor tiles. Due to extensive mould found after water damage, the walls required to be completely removed and disposed. Dave managed the project from the Initial estimation to the removal of materials with two crew assisting. The work was handled quickly, thoroughly and safely. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for this type of remediation project.

Had water leaking into my family room due to side chimney having cracked joints and requiring new flashing. Also required repair of my front porch flag stones and replacement of limestone coping that cracked. Had three estimates and Avenue Rd quote was not cheapest,nor most expensive, however decided on them based on their extensive experience, prior excellent reviews, and expertise that Chris had provided in getting the job completed properly and timely. No disappointment, as Robert coordinated the work and sent two of their top masons that worked the entire day to complete the job. The front chimney, though not leaking, was also repaired with cement, pointing, and caulked. Front flag stone work and looks like new again. Would highly recommend this company for any masonry and roof work. Thank you Chris, Robert, and crew!

I wholeheartly recommend Allstars Roofing, the crew came with 4 people headed by Edward who was completely professional. They worked completely efficiently and knew what they were doing. (They also replaced 42 plywood boards due to mold issues being present. ) The crew also was excellent in the clean up after the job which is so important due to old nails, shingle pieces, etc. Due to weather issues Edward even came back in the early evening to compete the caulking on the flashing, when the rain stopped. Can't say enough on the quality of workmanship and diligence to make sure the job was done right. Total thumbs up!!

I had done extensive comparison shopping online before choosing Harry to refinish our dining room table, china cabinet, 6 chairs including new upholstery that I inherited. The set is over 80 years old and the table needed some major refinishing. Harry did a meticulous job on the entire set and must say he totally lives up to the reviews that have been posted on this site. He takes great pride in his workmanship and you can see the impressive results once completed. He even requested both my wife and I visit his business to be totally satisfied with his suggested lighter stained colour before proceeding and really showed off the wood grain of the mahogany table and cabinet. The job was completed on time and to budget, and would highly recommend Harry to my family and friends and would not hesitate to use his services again. To summarize, you will not be disappointed.
