Service Direct No Longer In Business

I can't say enough about Service Direct, they are professional, timely and courteous. With all the cold weather we have been having this year wouldn't you know it my furnace quit on me one day when it was -20! All of the heating companies I called didn't have the time of day for me because they were so busy even know I didn't have any heat what so ever. I had been talking with a neighbour and he gave the number for Service Direct he said he had a great experience with a gentlemen named Aaron from their company. So sure enough I called the number and Aaron was able to come to my home later that day!! He inspected my furnace and said it has reached the end of its serviceable life but it was a good thing because the Heat Exchanger was cracked and it was most likely causing poor air quality in my home for me and my family. Aaron now knowing my situation not only gave me a great deal on a new more efficient furnace but he had a crew slotted to do the install the very next day and he even brought me over a couple electric heaters to get us through the night! Now that's service!

I am super impressed with the service I received from Service Direct.
We just moved into a home that did not have AC and it had baseboard heating. I was told from a friend that they loved the service they got from a man named Craig from this company so I called them...sure enough my friend was right, They were extremely professional and courteous. The answered all of my many questions and even made me laugh. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A family friend recommended Service Direct to me and my wife, we were looking to do upgrades to our rental property in the GTA. The service direct salesman was excellent he was very open and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect solution in finding a new Furnace appropriate for our property. The job roughly took 4 1/2 hrs. and was very neatly done. We have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past and were skeptical at first calling a company we haven't dealt with before. But it was a pleasure working with Service direct it was a stress free experience and we definitely recommend these guys TO EVERYBODY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

Needed a air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave. Service Direct was quick to respond. They didn't try to over sell me. Professional installation, technicians were knowledgeable, answered all my questions.
