Our house was built in the late 80s using poly b plumbing (for the most part). After a number of neighbours had catastrophic uninsured leaks, we realized that we needed to get someone to pull everything out.

Mark and his crew did a great job! His prices were much lower than other plumbers, and he made sure thatwe could live in the house while he was doing the work (water was available every night, good housekeeping).

Mark kept us up to date throughout the process, and looked to keep the disturbance to a minimum (although very difficult to do). I would recommend MDR to anyone who needed their poly b replaced or a good plumber / gasfitter.

We have used Mark for over 1 year with our various plumbing issues. He is very professional, works to make us satisfied and is always willing to educate along the way. I highly recommend Mark!

I have known Mark for many years already and He has always been good with us always returns the phone calls and accommodates to our schedules even out of regular working hours. He is very good at his work but if something goes wrong he comes back and fixes it quickly.
He is very polite and reliable and we are comfortable having him unsupervised in our home.
And I like that he knows other tradesmen for other types of home renovations/improvements.

We noticed some humidity in our furnace room, we immediately called Mark and he was at our place in under half an hour. An assessment and consult was delivered in everyday language that we understood what the issues were. We were able to get our hot water tank replaced within 2 business days. mark delivered outstanding professional and courteous service while in our home. Information was provided to us on how to look for issues while being able to know how to use the tank efficiently. My hot water tank pilot light was not igniting. Mark came to repair my hot water tank. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He was very honest about the problem. He was very thorough. He did a wonderful job repairing my hot water tank. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a gasfitter.

After years of dealing with a crappy hot water tank installed by our builder, the tank finally died. I called Mark after he was recommended to me and he was able to get us up and running with a new tank within two days. It would have been sooner but I opted to wait a day to avoid Sunday warehouse costs. Mark showed up on time and was able to install and test our new tank in under two hours. He also got rid of our old tank for us. The new tank works great and is much better quality than our old one. The tank heats water so well you might burn yourself if you're not careful (which is a good thing!). The cost was fair and, in our opinion, money well spent for such a professional install and quality tank. We would highly recommend Mark for any plumbing related task you might have!

I had some minor drips in the tub but as time progressed, I was beginning to wonder if I had a leak. I am very particular (engineering side in me) because I've dealt with some horrible people in the trades industry who just want to charge you an arm and a leg because of the heated market. But Mark was good and I mean he has good judgement. He's confident but not arrogant and he got the job done. His assessment of what the issue was indeed correct so i'm writing this review in recognition of his skill and talent. PS a couple of the award winners out there recommend Mark so you really should check him out....i hesitate to write this review because he might not be as easily assessable for us after writing this review as he will get really busy but he deserves it....so here it is.
