The team from Royal were hardworking and professional. Anatoyli, the project manager, answered all our questions and always answered our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

This company did a great job fixing the leak in my basement. They were very nice and professional and even give a free quotes. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

We used Anatoliy and his team to water proof the exterior of our house just over two years ago and they did an amazing job. There was one wall they couldnt get to, and now that we are in basement renovations we had them in to waterproof it from the inside. Andrew was particularly great, he walked us through everything and was ex5eemely clear about what they were doing. They were professional throughout, left the site very clean, and gave us some great advise for finishing the reno. They even helped us carry an old stove out of the basement without us even asking. Amazing service!

Excellent and promptly services. The job was done as in the agreement and complete on time, clean and finished in the state of the art.

We had Royal York out to provide an estimate on some work for our 50 year old bungalow. A sump pump was recommended to address water infiltration in the crawl space. The team showed up on time, finished the work quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Anatoly was professional from the beginning. No beating around the bush, we showed him the issue and he gave us a run down of what he would be doing. He gave the price as well which was fair.

The guys came to do the work a while later. I noticed that they were very meticulous with their work: there wasn't material all around, and since this was a two day job, they even neatly stacked up everything in one corner so we could still use the driveway.

The job looks amazing, and backed by a 25 year warranty, one can't go wrong. I can see the reason why these guys have such great reviews online across the board!

We just had Royal Work Corp. complete interior waterproofing in our basement and we couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and attention to detail. They completed the job ahead of schedule and were very thorough in all aspects of the project. Anatoliy was amazing to work with. He came in and gave a very accurate estimate, was there at the beginning of the project, was very friendly and was available for any questions we had along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Anatoliy and Royal Work Corp. for waterproofing projects.

I would say the team made an awesome job. Only few points to mention:
Price: my normal practice is always to ask for 4 different quotations before hiring the contractors. Anatolii provided a quotation that was really the best offer. All 3 other estimations were much higher in price, one company asked for a double price !! No extra cost was added to bring /rent digging equipment. No damage associated with that.
Warranty: RW company offering 25 transferable warranty including labour and materials(compare to 10 years form others). All other quotations from other companies included hidden costs and were offering smaller warranties.
No sub-contractors: direct contact all the term of the project with the actual team that worked on the project.
Quality: I was very picky about the way the project should be done: amazing fact: due to the space constraints all work was done in very accurate way MANUALLY by people with no bulky machines and with literally no damage on my driveway, stairs etc. Our project was especially complex due to the deck:
Main team: Nick (Mykola) and Marco were able to dig and properly isolate all area under the deck without damaging the deck! They were able not to damage two green trees near the deck. Please accept special thanks from me guys for this!! It was looking almost like a surgery where each movement of contractors was well planned. In my opinion, this task/ mission of digging under the deck and not damaging trees was close to impossible. (Other companies proposed to destroy our deck completely or partially with-800- 1,000 + extra costs associated with that ).
In addition, being scientist and engineer I did quite a bit of search about the technical parts of the process. I could say that the way isolation was done was the way it should be with the maximum protection offered. ( All parts were there: depth, multiple layers and proper type of materials).
Cleaning: all waste was removed and the driveway was cleaned and WASHED after the work was done.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that looking for proper and professional home waterproof with very reasonable price and perfect quality. I wish a great success for Anatolii and his team since they went above and beyond our expectations!
